Cytotoxic treatment can permanently impair spermatogenesis. Pre-treatment banking is the established standard of care — German clinics already offer it; we make it easier to coordinate.

Sperm parameters drift gradually after 35. DNA fragmentation roughly doubles between age 25 and 55. Banking in your 30s gives later-you better material to work with.
